Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

• We don't accept any returns once the order is delivered.
• Refunds at Sweetnsour are subject to the following conditions:
  • If the product is unavailable and the payment was already made.
  • If the product was damaged on delivery. Customers may be asked to share a picture of the damaged product.
  • If the product was lost in transit, and the delivery remained incomplete.
• Sweetnsour reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. We may also require additional information to process your order. You will be notified in case your order, or a portion of your order, is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit card has been charged, you will receive the refund in 5-7 working days.
